Best time to visit Chiang Mai

During October to February is the best time to visit Chaing Mai. It is winter season. Not to hot not too cold. No rain. Nice. I love Chiang Mai especially, Thai born panda-Lin Ping.  She is now 1 year old.So adorable. ;)
